Omega AI LLC · Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains how NanoAI, the AI assistant app made by Omega AI LLC, handles your information, including data from Google accounts you connect to it. For our website and other products, see the Omega AI privacy policy.

In short:

1. How NanoAI works

NanoAI is a Windows app that holds conversations, remembers what you tell it, runs tasks, and works with your apps and accounts. It stores its data in a NanoAI data folder on your PC, which it restricts to your Windows account. Speech recognition, spoken replies and voice matching run on your PC.

To generate replies, NanoAI uses one of these:

4. Google user data

You can connect Google services to NanoAI from its Plugins: Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Analytics, and some Google Cloud services. Nothing connects until you start a connection and approve Google's consent screen.
